Julie Negovan is Of Counsel in Griesing Mazzeo Law’s  Commercial Litigation practice group.

What do you focus on?

I focus my practice on real estate, business counseling and litigation, construction, energy, health care, and complex commercial litigation. In addition, I have extensive e-discovery experience, including project management, litigation holds, forensics and production.


Julie represented an international wind turbine manufacturing company in multiple commercial suits across the country, including managing its e-discovery effort in the US and EU in connection with litigation involving claims in excess of $100 million. Over the last 20 years, she has represented contractors, developers and owners in all facets of construction litigation, including defects, disaster recovery, insurance coverage, eminent domain, personal injury defense, title disputes, zoning and environmental issues, creditors’ rights, mechanics liens and shareholder and partnership disputes.  She has defended many medical institutions and their members in civil suits, including malpractice, partnership disputes and disputes concerning ERISA and compensation issues.

Julie is included on the American Arbitration Association Roster of Neutrals for commercial matters and has participated in multiple commercial arbitrations relating to construction defects in power storage projects, in residential luxury residential housing, disputes between healthcare providers and real estate holdings for a multimillion dollar charity, among others. Furthermore, she obtained a favorable award after a four-day hearing, which included full reimbursement of all attorneys and expert fees for the client. She has also been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for her work in litigation.

Outside of the Firm, Julie is a licensed real estate agent in Florida, specializing in hospitality spaces and brokering businesses that require a liquor license. She is a Daughter of the American Revolution and previously chaired the Board of Directors of Bucks County Choral Society, a 150 member volunteer choral organization providing fine arts performances in Bucks County. Julie has also served on the Executive Committee of the Business Leadership Forum of the Union League and was a Republican Committee Woman for Warwick Township, Bucks County.
